Job summary

MCI is seeking skilled telecom foremen and linemen to install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground infrastructure across diverse terrain. You will collaborate with a dedicated crew to service our telecom network and ensure quality workmanship in all weather conditions.

Telecom Foreman & Lineman – Join Our Growing Team

We are seeking skilled and motivated telecom foremen and linemen to join our dynamic team. In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing overhead and underground telecommunication infrastructure that keeps communities connected. You'll work collaboratively with a dedicated crew to build, upgrade, maintain, and service our telecom network across diverse terrain and in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain telecom lines and cables, including fiber optic, copper, and coaxial systems
  • Safely climb utility poles (up to 40 feet) to access infrastructure and string cable
  • Operate bucket trucks, aerial lifts, and specialized equipment to install new lines and perform repairs
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute daily work orders and assignments efficientlyCollaborate effectively with telecom engineers, foremen, and field technicians
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety while working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field
  • Document work completed and maintain accurate records

Physical Demands
