Job summary

MasTec Communications Group seeks an Aerial Foreman to lead telecom construction crews on outdoor projects. You will install and repair aerial CATV, coaxial, and fiber, and ensure safety and quality while guiding daily work and schedules.

You will review plans, coordinate with supervisors, and mentor team members on site. Strong leadership and 3+ years in telecom construction are required, with OSHA 10 and flagging certifications preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and repair aerial CATV, coaxial, and fiber cable.
• Relocate poles and lines to maintain service efficiency.
• Set up safety perimeters with signage and barriers.
• Review plans to ensure work matches design specs.
• Direct job-site activities and oversee daily schedules.
• Document time and activities for the crew.
• Communicate with supervisor and manage in-house crews.
• Read work orders and CTV cable prints.
