Job summary

Apex Aerial Works in Chicago, IL seeks a skilled Carpenter and Installer to support aerial maintenance, installation, and construction at Go Ape sites. You will work with a team to replace structures, install platforms, decks, stairs, walkways, and tree houses, while prioritizing safety.

Candidates should have at least four years of carpentry experience, familiarity with hand and power tools, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with team to complete aerial maintenance, installation, and construction tasks.
• Replace high ropes elements, install or replace zip lines, construct platforms, decks, stairs and tree houses.
• Perform work at height and rope work, including climbing and positioning.
• Conduct wire rope maintenance and related tasks.
• Maintain inventory and care of tools, supplies, and materials.
• Ensure safety and compliance with SOPs at all times.
• Learn and operate mechanized equipment safely.
