Job summary

Global Medical Response’s AMR division seeks an Advanced EMT in Eskridge, Kansas to respond to emergencies and provide quality medical care. You will assess patients, deliver care, document information, and maintain a safe, well‑stocked environment while coordinating with health and safety teams.

This is a full‑time on‑site role with experience credit at start. Required are a Kansas EMT certificate or eligibility, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and PAT; NREMT is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Kansas EMT Certification or eligibility is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• NREMT certification preferred.
• State Driver’s License is required.
• Passing the Physical Ability Test (PAT) is required.
• Driving record must comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and deliver emergency services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Use EMT skills for communications, equipment operation and procedures.
• Operate an ambulance in accordance with safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow EMTs.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image.

ADVANCED EMT

Starting at $39,651.05 / year with credit given for experience

We’re hiring Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMTs) that will respond to emergency and non‑emergency requests for medical assistance and deliver high‑quality care, treatment and customer service to patients.

This is a full‑time position in Eskridge, Kansas, in Wabaunsee County.

Responsibilities:

• EMTs provide an assessment of patients, determine necessary care and deliver emergency services by utilizing appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Take pride in providing a safe, clean, and well‑stocked environment for patients.
• Use appropriate EMT skills to provide care including communications, medical equipment, cleaning procedures, office equipment and tools.
• EMTs operate an ambulance in conjunction with applicable company safety policies and traffic laws related to the operation of emergency medical response vehicles.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as fellow EMTs.

Other Responsibilities:

• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
