PwC in Washington, DC seeks a Martech – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets - Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex AEM initiatives within our Technology Consulting practice.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with clients to define roadmaps, user stories, and risk plans, while upholding PwC's standards and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience required.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred.
• Strong leadership and project-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and delivery of AEM Sites and Assets projects to meet client needs.
• Manage cross-functional teams to drive technology integration and project execution.
• Develop and execute project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored technology solutions.
• Oversee development of user stories and product roadmaps to guide delivery.
• Use project management tools to track progress and timelines.
• Conduct design workshops to gather insights and refine objectives.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Analyze system components to optimize technology solutions.
• Promote adoption of innovative technologies and practices within teams.
• Confirm data integrity and security within frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing success.
