Job summary

TEKFORTUNE INC is seeking an experienced AEM Lead Developer in Milpitas, CA (Remote is Fine) to lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions in commerce using Adobe Experience Manager. You will guide architecture, components, integrations, and cloud deployments while mentoring the team and collaborating with stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on AEM expertise, strong leadership, and experience delivering enterprise CMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise CMS and digital experience platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and best practices for AEM implementations.
• Review code, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Drive technical design discussions and solution architecture decisions.
• Design and develop reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Implement AEM Sites, Assets, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments.
• Develop custom OSGi services, Sling Models, Servlets, and workflows.
• Configure AEM authoring, publishing, dispatcher, and replication environments.
• Integrate AEM with third-party systems like open search.
• Support AEM as a Cloud Service deployment and Adobe Cloud Manager pipelines.
