Innova Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced AEM Developer to join a 12-month contract (W2) with hybrid on-site work three days a week. You will develop and maintain AEM applications, integrate RESTful services, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Architecture and DevOps teams to deliver scalable CMS solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong Java/J2EE and AEM expertise, experience with OSGi, HTL/Sightly, and hands-on in a DevOps environment using Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and

Qualifications

• Experience with AEM development and Java/J2EE.
• Strong experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
• Hands-on with OSGi, Sling Models, HTL/Sightly, Servlets, and Spring Framework.
• Experience integrating AEM with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Dispatcher, Apache Web Server, and UNIX/Linux environments.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Azure CI/CD, and Cloud Manager.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain AEM applications, components, templates, and workflows.
• Design personalized customer experiences using AEM Sites, Assets, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Architecture, and Development teams to deliver scalable CMS solutions.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and external applications within the AEM ecosystem.
• Configure and manage AEM settings, workflows, permissions, tagging structures, and publishing environments.
• Develop custom AEM components using Java, Sling Models, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, Servlets, and Spring.
