Job summary

EXL is seeking an AEM Full-Stack Developer to deliver scalable, content-driven experiences across Sites, Assets, and Forms. You will develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and integrations, collaborating with the MarTech team and partners to support global rollouts and fan experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AEM development, solid Java/Sling/OSGi skills, and experience with multi-language architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on AEM development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTML/CSS/JS.
• Experience building custom AEM components, templates, and editable authoring tools.
• Understanding of AEM architecture, dispatcher, and JCR.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with localization workflows and multi-site/multi-language architecture.
• Strong debugging and testing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Support QA, testing, and collaboration with content authors.
• Integrate AEM with third-party services and internal systems.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and security per best practices.
• Support international site rollouts and multi-language workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs with QA and operations teams.
• Provide guidance to junior developers or partner teams.
• Contribute to component libraries, codes standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with DevOps on builds, deployments, and environments.
