Labcorp is seeking an experienced AEM Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-level web capabilities. You will create reusable components, templates, and workflows, partnering with product, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver scalable digital experiences.

The role requires strong Java and AEM expertise, experience with cloud-native AEM deployments, and a focus on performance, accessibility, and secure coding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of software development experience including experience with AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain AEM components, templates, Sling Models, OSGi services, workflows, schedulers, servlets, content fragments, experience fragments, and authoring capabilities.
• Create modular, configurable solutions using AEM Core Components and established design-system patterns to increase reuse across business areas and reduce one-off development.
• Partner with US-based product, marketing, content, analytics, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical consultation, and ensure successful delivery of website capabilities and enhancements.
• Build and support integrations between AEM and APIs, DAM, analytics, personalization, CRM, search, identity, consent, and other enterprise services.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in peer code reviews, remediate defects, and follow secure coding, accessibility, performance, and coding standards.
• Optimize website performance and ensure efficient content delivery through caching, indexing, page rendering and other AEM optimization techniques.
• Contribute to estimates, sprint commitments, deployment plans, release validation, rollback readiness, and post-production verification during approved deployment windows.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across author, publish, Dispatcher, application, and integration layers in partnership with operations, QA, and IT teams.
• Create and maintain technical specifications, runbooks, solution diagrams, test evidence, and knowledge articles; participate in knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
• Work with external agencies, implementation partners, and third-party vendors to review solutions, coordinate delivery activities, and ensure quality of platform implementations.
• Partner with product, UX/UI, content, front-end, API, QA, analytics, and platform teams through discovery, refinement, development, testing, and release.
