Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior AEM Architect to provide technical leadership and architecture governance across a multi-year digital transformation program. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AEM Cloud Service, architecture/design, migration, integrations, and .NET, along with strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AEM architecture across AEM Sites, Assets, and integrations supporting 60+ brand/product websites.
• Lead the migration from AEM On-Premise to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEM Cloud).
• Define target architecture, technical standards, reusable patterns, and governance.
• Develop a modern component strategy and consolidate legacy components into a reusable monorepo structure.
• Collaborate with API and cloud architects to integrate AEM with Azure-hosted APIs and services.
• Define and govern content models, tagging, metadata, workflows, and authoring standards.
• Establish development standards and CI/CD strategies using Adobe Cloud Manager, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Partner with QA and automation teams on test automation, accessibility, performance, and quality engineering.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, GDPR, and pharma-specific compliance.
• Define monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization practices using Adobe Monitoring, Azure Application Insights, and Splunk.
• Review technical designs and code while mentoring AEM development teams.
• Partner with business, product, technology, and quality stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AEM solutions.
