Job summary

BKF Engineers is seeking a Recruiter to support its temporary and permanent hiring across California, including Walnut Creek, for an anticipated six-month duration. The role covers full recruitment cycles, collaboration with hiring managers, resume screening, candidate communication, ATS maintenance, onboarding support, and building a talent pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with ATS systems (Workable preferred) and a proven ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with ATS; Workable is a plus.
• AEC industry experience highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional travel to BKF office locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for temporary and permanent positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify urgent hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate communication with candidates throughout hiring process.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS.
• Support onboarding of new hires as needed.
• Help build a talent pipeline for future needs.
• Research market trends to identify sourcing strategies.
• Organize recruitment events and career fairs.
• Perform other recruiting tasks as assigned.
