    • Manage, review, and analyze project documents, schedules, cost data, and contract records in support of claims and disputes.
    • Evaluate project planning, cost management, and schedule development to identify the root causes of time and cost impacts.
    • Compile and organize project data in support of various forensic analyses.
    • Perform legal and industry standards research.

Expert Support & Deliverables

    • Prepare reports and presentations for expert witness use during mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
    • Prepare demonstrative aids and visual materials to clearly convey findings to counsel, triers of fact, and other key stakeholders.
    • Support the engagement team by summarizing preliminary findings in preparation for client meetings and deliverables.

Quality & Operations

    • Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent engagements while meeting goals and deadlines.
    • Ensure work products conform to the highest quality standards and consistently apply Spire's QA/QC guidelines.
    • Assist with the creation of SOPs and templates; develop and provide feedback on company standards, procedures, and processes.
    • Participate in companywide business strategy review meetings.

Communication & Professional Growth

    • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients through verbal and written interactions.
    • Build on the foundational knowledge gained as an Associate Consultant while expanding technical and business expertise and contributing to the development of others.
    • Engage with industry organizations to stay informed on emerging trends and actively seek opportunities to contribute as a thought leader.
    • Build familiarity with business development by observing and participating in client development conversations and related strategic efforts.
    • Conduct industry research and pursue continued learning in preparation for advancement to the next level.

Education & Qualifications

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Professional certifications such as PSP, CCP, PMP, PE, or CCE are preferred but not required.
