Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated AEC Industry Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) near one of our southern national offices in cities such as Dallas, Austin, Houston or others in the area.

You will collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to open positions, source candidates, and build talent pipelines across multiple business units, while negotiating compensation for a range of seniority levels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of talent acquisition recruiting experience in the AEC industry.
• Full cycle recruiting for high-volume workload (25–40 reqs per month).
• Strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with outbound calling ability.
• Experience with ATS like Workday or Dayforce.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

STV is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented AEC Industry Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.

This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office) preferably within a commutable distance of one of our southern national offices which includes Atlanta, GA; Acworth, GA; Duluth, GA; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Dallas, TX; Austin, TX; Houston, TX; or San Antonio, TX

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to open positions and develop recruiting strategies
• Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising/posting and sourcing
• Create talent pools and pipelines to support Business Units (i.e. Transportation, Construction Management, Buildings, Water, Power, etc.)
• Develop and negotiate competitive new hire compensation package/offers across a range of seniority levels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of talent acquisition recruiting experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is required
• Demonstrated ability to run a full cycle desk with high-volume workload 25 - 40 reqs and proven track record of delivering result with 8+ hires per month
• Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to make outbound calls
• Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, as well as have the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Workday or Dayforce)
• Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture

Compensation Range:

$111,362.75 - $127,271.72
