Overview

YOUR ROLE You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and you bring your REAL self to work every day!

Responsibilities

• You're passionate about brand standards: you keep product moving and you accomplish shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising in a timely and effective way.
• The Stockroom is your home base: you keep the Stockroom running efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You're innovative: you identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan, and take action to correct them.
• Teamwork: you are prepared to help fellow team members with non-stock tasks or assist guests as needed.
• Safety and integrity: you prioritize safety in both the Stockroom and Salesfloor, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
