Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Brooklyn, NY. You will move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising, while upholding AEO brand standards and attention to detail.

You’ll keep the Stockroom organized, support the Salesfloor, and collaborate with your team to meet store goals, including assisting guests and ensuring safety and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to adapt to early mornings, late evenings, and weekend shifts.
• Experience in stock/retail roles helpful.

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving from Stockroom to Salesfloor via shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain Stockroom organization and inventory control.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and communicate plans to store leadership.
• Assist teammates and guests on the Salesfloor as needed, supporting non-stock tasks when required.
• Follow safety standards and AEO policies at all times.

• You've got a passion for brand standards: You're a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving and you do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base and you #ownit! You're a master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You're innovative: Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You're always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non stock-related tasks or assist with guests.
• Integrity is your middle name: Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
• Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part-time or full-time / exempt or non-exempt), and years of service.
