Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Gonzales, LA. You will move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor, process shipments, replenish stock, and provide merchandising support while upholding AE brand standards.

The Stockroom is your home base, but you’ll flex to assist on the Salesfloor as needed. You’ll help keep merchandise and fixtures organized, be proactive in seizing merchandising opportunities, and support teammates and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock/merchandising roles preferred.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to follow brand standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Move product from Stockroom to Salesfloor through shipment processing and replenishment.
• Keep Stockroom organized and ensure fixtures and props are in place.
• Notice merchandising opportunities and communicate with store leadership to take action.
• Help teammates with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Adhere to safety and Asset Protection standards.

Your Responsibilities

• You've got a passion for brand standards: You're a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving and you do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base and you #ownit! You're a master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You're innovative: Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You're always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non stock-related tasks or assist with guests.
• Integrity is your middle name: Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
