Your role as a full‑time Sales Leader supports the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down daily operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and drive sales results while representing company values and bringing your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• You have a passion for driving sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class in‑store experience, and support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to meet KPI results.
• You're a people leader: You motivate and inspire the team through core values, set an example, and hold associates accountable to service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• You recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs and to provide outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork is essential: You set clear, attainable goals, provide ongoing feedback, real‑time coaching, and celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement.
• You're a visual & operational innovator: You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards, ensuring Fitting Rooms are guest‑ready and meet brand standards.
• Integrity matters: You maintain store safety standards, adhere to asset protection and company policies, and consistently do the right thing.

• Actual starting pay is determined by experience and location.
