About the Role

Served Media is seeking an AE/Junior Editor to support post-production across our full show slate. You’ll build graphics, prep sequences, and own archival workflows. You are the first hands on almost everything that comes through post with opportunities to edit “first-cuts” for the Head of Post-Production to review before publishing. This is a hands‑on, deadline‑driven role for someone who thrives on a weekly production rhythm and wants to grow into an Editor position.

What You’ll Do:

Graphics

• Prepare pre-made graphic templates for weekly shows
• Load and test the graphics package ahead of the pre-production meeting
• Build late-add graphics cards within the post-meeting window

Editing

• Cut weekly episodes to first-cut standard for review
• Address editorial notes same day and deliver the mastered episode
• Edit social and youtube cutdowns

Assistant Editor

• Own transcripts across all shows
• Deliver archival masters for each episodes
• Follow workflow standards for media transfers, sync, organization, and archival
• Pull photos and b-roll ahead of record schedules

Studio & Office

• Provide studio support on record days
• Support office operations, restocking, merchandise fulfillment, and special projects

  Tournament (Slam) Windows

  • Support tournament specials, including the Draw Show, Re-Draw, and Recap Special
  • Prepare tournament template sequences alongside the Head of Post Production ahead of each edit window

  What We’re Looking For

  • Experience editing video content, ideally in a fast-paced or weekly production environment
  • Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro) and graphics/design tools
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in-office full-time and adapt to a production schedule, including tournament windows
  • A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and willingness to take on hands‑on production and office support tasks as needed

  Nice to Have

  • Interest in or knowledge of tennis
  • Experience supporting live or event‑based production
  • Familiarity with transcript, archive, and asset management workflows
