American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Iowa to energize store visits and build brand loyalty. You will greet guests, share knowledge of AE and Aerie products, and maintain a vibrant, customer-first environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, multitasking, and a passion for fashion.

You'll be the face of our brand, delivering an amazing shopping experience while supporting store goals and daily operations. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Be the in-store face of American Eagle Outfitters (AE) and Aerie.
• Show passion for AE & Aerie products and share that love with guests.
• Create a welcoming, brand-loyal shopping experience for every guest.
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and guide product choices.
• Collaborate with store team to meet daily store goals.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and represent the brand with integrity.
• Support store operations and assist teammates as needed.

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION:

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
