Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a registered nurse for ambulatory care coordination in Charlotte. The role supports patients across outpatient settings within our Atrium Health network. The position requires NC residency, a nursing degree, and an active RN license plus BLS certification.

Ambulatory/family medicine experience and care management certification are preferred. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with remote options, reflecting the growing demand for flexible care
