Job summary

NCJW invites motivated interns to join their Engagement and Leadership Internship, focusing on advocacy, community engagement, event planning, and leadership development. Qualifications

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
• Willingness to learn and get involved in nonprofit advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and outreach to increase attendance at the Washington Advocacy Summit.
• Develop and maintain lists of prospective attendees and contacts.
• Assist with outreach via email, phone, and other channels.
• Support recruitment strategies to engage Jewish women and advocates nationwide.
• Help track recruitment efforts and registrar trends.
