Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Project Management Consultation & Process/Quality Improvement – Collaborate with others to connect, implement, and evaluate project plans organization-wide; identify, develop, and implement new methods, processes, and systems that improve and facilitate team work; improve data quality and usability, streamline reporting processes and deliverables; recommend procedures to maintain high effectiveness in projects; work with functional leads to monitor and document project information; assist in defining measurements and outcomes; coach and mentor project team members; act as a Supervisor as appropriate.
  • Project Management Leadership – Engage clients and stakeholders, negotiate project scope as needed, and communicate with clients throughout the project; identify resources needed and problem‑solve gaps; lead project teams and direct work of others while assuming final responsibility for the result.
  • Data Analysis/Reporting – Conduct or support complex qualitative and quantitative analysis of project data; summarize findings, draw appropriate conclusions, and effectively communicate results to the team; manage and direct regulatory/reporting activities related to projects (e.g., IRB, updates/reports to funding agencies).
  • Communication & Relationship Management – Manage communication with key project stakeholders; compose, edit, and deliver written and verbal communications; facilitate small group discussions; keep team members appropriately informed.
  • Strategic Planning – Strategize with project, program, and department leadership to develop plans to advance objectives; foster critical thinking on top issues and opportunities; collaborate to establish goals and priorities and work with the team to achieve them; recommend necessary infrastructure to execute selected projects and processes.

Employment Details

Regular; 1.0 FTE; 40 weekly hours. Expected starting pay range: $91,520.00 – $116,688.00 annualized.
