Job summary

AECOM Advisory is seeking a Manager to lead and manage client engagements across capital programs, funding strategies, and procurement support. You will build robust financial analyses and advise on delivery structures, including P3/PPP, concessions and financing options.

Based in a hybrid setup across major US cities, you will mentor junior staff, drive business development, and collaborate with senior leaders to shape project economics and client outcomes for infrastructure programs worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 5 years in commercial advisory, project finance, or management consulting.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities are essential.
• Experience leading client engagements and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and manage client engagements across capital programs.
• Build client relationships and manage interactions throughout engagement lifecycle.
• In collaboration with leadership, tailor analytical frameworks for client needs.
• Advise on funding, financing and delivery strategies including P3/PPP.
• Build and review financial cases, cost-benefit analyses and economic analyses.
• Develop blended funding plans with public and private sources.
• Build and run project finance and corporate finance models.
• Support procurement and transactions from start to financial close.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development.
