Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Manager, Advisory Leadership Team in West Hartford, CT. Hybrid role with three days in office per week and two remote days. Lead and develop Associate Wealth Advisors, drive key initiatives, and ensure high client service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant advisory role.
• Proficient in client management systems and related technologies.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions and goal setting with AWAs.
• Establish regular communication forums within the team.
• Partner with Directors to implement best practices and firm rollouts.
• Drive planning and service harmonization with client experience goals.
• Coach and mentor AWAs to support OKRs and growth.
