Main Line Health is seeking an Advisory Information Security Analyst to protect patient data and critical systems across the organization. Based in Radnor, PA, this full-time role entails proactive risk identification, security control enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen our cybersecurity program.

You will lead complex security initiatives, perform threat analysis, and mentor teammates while contributing to enterprise-wide security strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience as a Security Analyst or similar role.
• Experience improving security posture of enterprise infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Strong understanding of risk management, threat detection, vulnerability management and incident response.

Leveraging your experience in security operations, threat analysis, and risk mitigation, you’ll lead complex security initiatives, investigate incidents, and help shape security best practices across the enterprise. You are a proactive cybersecurity professional with a passion for protecting complex technology environments and staying ahead of emerging threats. You’re comfortable navigating complex infrastructure, communicating recommendations to diverse stakeholders, and leading security initiatives that strengthen organizational resilience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of proven cybersecurity experience as a Security Analyst, Security Engineer, or similar information security role.
• Demonstrated experience assessing and improving the security posture of enterprise infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems, recommend effective solutions, and execute with minimal direction.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more industry‑recognized security certifications, including:
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)
• GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials Certification)
• GPEN (GIAC Certified Penetration Tester)
• Security+
• SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
• ECSA (EC‑Council Certified Security Analyst)
• Experience supporting cybersecurity operations within large, complex, or highly regulated environments.
• Hands‑on experience with security assessments, penetration testing, threat hunting, or security architecture reviews.
• Experience mentoring team members and contributing to enterprise‑wide security strategy and best practices.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
