Charles Schwab in Phoenix seeks an Advisor Services Associate to support independent advisory firms with essential account maintenance and client service. You will engage in a mix of inbound and outbound calls, learn financial services topics, and build trust with clients and RIAs in a fast-paced service center.

On-site role with learning opportunities; after 90 days you may enroll in our self-study program for Series 7 & 63/66 licenses, with growth and ongoing development supported by Schwab's

In this role, you will build trust and inspire confidence through exceptional service, one interaction at a time, while working in a fast-paced, dynamic service center environment.You’llengage in a mix of inbound and outbound calls, supporting advisors with essential account maintenance and helping them succeed in their day-to-day business. Through on-the-job training,you’llgain deep knowledge of financial services and learn how to discuss topics like new accounts, transaction status, money movement, and retirement services with clarity and confidence.

Required Qualifications:

• You’ll have the opportunity to enroll in our self-study program for Series 7 & 63/66 licenses after your first90 days.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
