Charles Schwab is seeking an energetic sales advisor to support independent advisors through Schwab Advisor Services. You will conduct phone consultations, coordinate resources, and manage onboarding for new advisor clients.

The role emphasizes in-person collaboration, strong client service, and the ability to lead business-to-business sales conversations with a focus on the Schwab suite of custody and trading services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• FINRA Series 7 license required.
• FINRA Series 63 license required or equivalent.
• 1+ years financial services experience preferred.
• Institutional or RIA operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based sales consultations to Advisors considering independence from wirehouses and other firms.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to advance the sales process.
• Manage the sales and onboarding process, including documentation and setup for new clients.
