Job summary

Focus Partners is seeking a Service Manager to deliver exceptional, solutions-oriented service to independent financial advisors and oversee timely execution of operational requests. You will collaborate with internal teams, act as liaison with custodians, and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, hybrid role based in St.

Louis, MO. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in financial services, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the financial services industry, preferably in the RIA space.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• Extensive knowledge of custodians and back-office practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to independent financial advisors and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure advisor satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison with custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, etc.).
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Educate advisors on Buckingham Service Partners offerings and best practices.
• Handle heavy inbound email, calls, and portal requests.
