Your role in our mission

• Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications
• Modifying existing applications and workflows to meet specific business requirements
• Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications
• Creating and managing scripts to automate tasks and processes
• Designing and implementing custom workflows to streamline business processes
• Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root causes
• Providing technical support to users and administrators
• Ensuring the stability and reliability of the ServiceNow platform
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow’s architecture and functionalities; knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices
• Familiarity with ServiceNow’s modules and applications (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM)
• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Collaborating with other developers and IT professionals
• Experience with software development methodologies and tools
• Deep understanding of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Configuration Items (CI)

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of ServiceNow design, development, implementation and maintenance experience
• Demonstrated expertise in SNOW modules like ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, GRC, SecOps etc.
• Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs
• Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analysis, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills

What You Should Expect In This Role

• Hybrid environment with two days per week in the office, with Wednesday being mandatory
• May require on‑call, shift, weekend and evening work
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
• Opportunities to travel through your work (0‑10%)

The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
