Job summary

Eagle Life Insurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Equity Investment Life Insurance Company, seeks a Sales Support Specialist to assist financial advisors, support marketing campaigns, and strengthen partner relationships in Des Moines, IA.

You will handle inbound inquiries, coordinate with wholesalers, and help gather data for outreach efforts. A Bachelor’s degree and customer service experience are preferred, with licensing possible within a set timeframe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Prior sales support or customer service helpful.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls regarding annuities and provide pre-sale/post-sale information.
• Assist partners with websites, illustration software, sales programs, and product questions.
• Provide excellent customer service meeting metrics for call handling time and quality.
• Maintain knowledge of Eagle Life procedures affecting financial advisors.
• Generate lead opportunities for wholesalers and internal teams.
• Support regional events and marketing campaigns with outbound calling.
