ALSAC, based in Memphis, TN, seeks an Advisor of Quality and Continuous Improvement to enhance critical processes using Lean Six Sigma and other quality tools. The role focuses on improving stakeholder experiences, revenue impact, and brand integrity across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional projects, mentor staff, and deliver training while collaborating with the Director of Enterprise Quality Management to drive a quality-focused culture across the organization.

The Advisor, Quality and Continuous Improvement plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of ALSAC's critical processes. This role involves applying quality tools and continuous improvement methods, such as Lean Six Sigma, to drive organizational capability and improve stakeholder experiences. The Advisor supports the resolution of quality issues impacting stakeholder experience, revenue, or the St. Jude brand, and continuously seeks ways to improve our work.
