Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor, Global Timekeeping to own and improve timekeeping processes for regions outside the United States. This role ensures compliance with international regulations and drives efficiency across global markets, reporting into the Global Pay & Time function.
Location is near Dublin, OH with the possibility to work from home and occasional on-site visits to the Dublin office, roughly once a month.
Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies. Payroll processes the organization's payroll according to company policy and applicable regulations, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and timely with correct withholding and deductions. This job family maintains payroll records and calculates overtime, shift payments, sales commissions and bonuses, taxes and deductions. Payroll prepares reports for management and to meet regulatory and collective bargaining obligations and addresses questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll matters.
The Advisor, Global Timekeeping will play a critical role in supporting the expanding scope of Global Pay & Time within our organization. This position will be responsible for the strategic ownership, management, and continuous improvement of timekeeping processes and solutions for all regions outside of the United States. The Advisor will lead efforts in evolving timekeeping system transitions, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and driving operational efficiency across various global markets.
Ideallocation is within a 1-hour commute to Dublin, OH. The Advisor may work from home but must have the ability to come on-site to our Dublin office as needed, approximately once a month.
Anticipated salary range: $67,500-$96,300
