Work Arrangement - Hybrid within the Boston metro area

As anAdvisor Experience Specialist will work to develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with our Financial Advisor and TPA partners. To be successful in this role, you will be personable, detail-oriented and motivated by achieving and exceeding goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and engaging directly with leading retirement plan advisors and consultants, as well as home office and external business partners. Your skills will be crucial in supporting the sales process by successfully completing implementation paperwork and overseeing the implementation to ensure a positive and successful outcome for the financial advisor.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supports and works as a key member of the sales teams to support the sales and implementation process and help grow the business

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent financial services/sales related experience

Salary range is expected to be between

$73,350.00 USD - $122,250.00 USD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
