Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Manager of Advisor Experience to lead the customer experience strategy for financial advisors within wealth management. You will champion client needs, transform feedback into action, and drive journeys across digital and human touchpoints to build trust and advocacy.

You will design and optimize experiences, collaborate across teams and measure CX success, focusing on improving advisor and client satisfaction in a hybrid in-office model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in customer experience or financial services.
• Experience leading cross-functional CX initiatives is a plus.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise CX strategy for financial advisors and clients.
• Champion feedback-to-action through CX programs and metrics.
• Collaborate with technology, operations and service teams to improve journeys.
• Drive Net Promoter Score and customer advocacy.
