  • Working knowledge of fluid mixing dynamics, particle self‑assembly, and surface chemistry; characterization methods (e.g., DLS, Ribogreen, Cryo-EM).
  • Track record of independently designing/executing experiments; proactively identify knowledge gaps and propose structured plans.
Additional Preferences
  • Experience with filtration technologies (e.g., TFF hollow fibers, flat sheets, depth filtration).
  • Experience in a matrixed CMC environment with cross‑functional collaboration (manufacturing, analytical development, formulation).
  • Strong oral/written communication; present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Organized, collaborative; manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical Demands/Travel
  • Lab environment; travel <5%.
Compensation/Benefits (if applicable)
