Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I)

Provide clients with wealth management advice and solutions while working in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment services.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7, Series 66) with dedicated study time.
• Undergo foundational training to acquire, build, and manage client relationships.
• Assess clients’ financial pictures and develop solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Humanize financial interactions and provide personalized guidance.
• Deliver core banking, investment solutions, and client care in a financial center.
• Progress to the next ADP stage (Financial Advisor) and continue to build a portfolio of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients in a Merrill Wealth Management office.
