Job summary

Elanco is seeking an Advisor for Competitive Intelligence in Indianapolis, hybrid work. The role leads the CI framework, coordinates with R&D, Marketing, and Commercial teams, and uses AI-driven tools to synthesize insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in competitive intelligence, market research, or strategic consulting, preferably Life Sciences or Animal Health.

• Strategic Competitive Intelligence Framework Development: Design and lead a world-class CI framework and standardized processes.
• Cross-Functional Intelligence Gathering: Build partnerships with field teams and experts across R&D, Marketing, and Commercial.
• Automation and Process Excellence: Develop and manage automated tech stack, leveraging AI-driven tools for large-scale data collection.
