Job summary

Do it Best Group is seeking an Advertising Services Representative in Fort Wayne, IN. You will support store owners by promoting advertising solutions, coordinating print and marketing programs, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to deliver campaigns.

You’ll advise members on custom advertising, monitor industry trends, and help grow marketing engagement while maintaining strong communication and organization across projects.

Responsibilities

• Promote and execute advertising and evolving marketing solutions to new and existing members
• Support the operational execution and administration of print and marketing programs
• Process member sales orders, including imprint review, campaign setup, and order management through delivery and completion
• Coordinate with Territory Sales Managers, internal teams, and external vendors to execute mailing, printing, distribution, and other marketing initiative
• Monitor postal regulations, industry trends, and marketing best practices, assessing impacts on member programs and distribution strategies
• Consult with members on customized advertising solutions, layouts, branding materials, and proof approvals
• Maintain ongoing communication with members to identify business needs and increase marketing engagement
• Assist in development and improvement of marketing offerings and member-facing programs
• Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives

About the Role:

Join an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and intuitive consumer marketing team to gain valuable experience in our marketing division. The Advertising Service Representative will advise store owners, also known as our members, proactively address their integrated marketing needs. They will follow through promptly on all member requests, and will work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment to complete tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Promote and execute advertising and evolving marketing solutions to new and existing members
• Support the operational execution and administration of print and marketing programs, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of member marketing offerings
• Process member sales orders, including imprint review, campaign setup, and order management through delivery and completion
• Coordinate with Territory Sales Managers, internal teams, and external vendors to execute mailing, printing, distribution, and other marketing initiative
• Monitor changing postal regulations, industry trends, and marketing best practices, assessing impacts on member marketing programs and distribution strategies
• Consult with members on customized advertising solutions, circular layouts, branding materials, and proof approvals prior to production and billing
• Maintain ongoing communication with members to identify business needs, increase marketing engagement, and support successful program execution
• Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of marketing offerings, operational processes, and member-facing programs to support evolving business objectives.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives, operational excellence, and a positive member experience

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma
• Experience with standard business computer applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft)
• Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience
