Job summary

Best Version Media is seeking a field-based, in-person sales professional to build a local book of business by selling advertising for local magazines and digital products across a defined territory.

You will consult with local business owners, strategize multi-channel campaigns, and scale your book through our proven training and sales system, earning a high commission with bonuses as you grow.

What You’ll Do

This is a field-based, in-person sales role. You’ll build your own book of business in your local territory, on a schedule you control, selling advertising placements across BVM’s local print magazine and companion digital, social, and website products.

What You’ll Earn

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with no base salary or draw (full commission). Representatives earn a recurring commission on sales, with commission rates generally ranging from 70-80% based on monthly sales volume and performance relative to the baseline* cost structure. Bonuses are available during start-up and on an ongoing basis.

*Baseline is the back-end cost associated with the magazine & digital product’s cost to produce, distribute, bill clients, etc, and does not come out of the representative’s pocket.
