Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an Advertising Revenue Systems Manager to drive the lead-to-cash systems for our Commerce Media group. You will oversee Salesforce-based tools, integration with SAP/Tableau and productivity suites, improving usability and delivering enhancements for advertising business users across multiple personas.

You will coordinate with product, engineering and data teams to gather requirements, define stories, and test updates while guiding adoption campaigns and training

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or combination of experience and formal education.
  • Experience building and supporting Advertising business lead-to-cash systems with an Advertising portal front end and Order Management backend preferred.
  • Experience driving large-scale systems initiatives including onboarding CRM, Order Management, Lead-to-Cash stack, productivity tools, business integration and M&As.
  • Solution Architecture skillset exposure bringing a variety of technology together for a unified experience.
  • Relevant experience (e.g. Product Owner/Manager, Manager/Consultant) in requirement gathering, user story definition, liaising with tech, functional testing and user testing management.
  • Understand your team's technologies and be able to evaluate system designs and architecture as you participate in discussions.
  • Ensure cross-collaboration with multiple engineering teams to deliver on shared objectives.
  • Experience implementing or managing CRM, Order Management or other Revenue Ops operational systems (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with suitable educational qualifications.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Keen analytical and proven problem-solving skills with a detail-driven and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

The Insights and Enablement team is a global team focused on ensuring that all of Services can make data-driven decisions and operate effectively and efficiently. The team is charged with managing and adapting the policies, processes and platforms used across Services.

The Advertising Revenue Systems Manager will drive systems projects for our Commerce Media group to build a best in class tech stack lead to cash along with design and adoption of productivity tools that serve the internal advertising business users across various personas. Within the existing and new tools this person will improve usability, increase business efficiencies, and deliver enhancements and fixes to the systems. Additionally, support will include the execution of adoption campaigns, implementation of data improvement efforts, discovering and defining AI use cases, reporting, and assisting with testing updates and training initiatives. Our primary set of solutions sit on Salesforce.com and associated SaaS solutions that integrate into the sales process including but not limited to Marketing Cloud, Outreach, CPQ, Ironclad, Seismic, Certinia PSA, CSG and Order Management builds pushing data into tools such as SAP, Oracle, SingleView, Tableau, and our Customer Advertising Platform. We also have productivity tools such as MS Copilot, Alteryx, Seismic, Confluence, Outreach, Qualtrics that could be used to mobilize productivity of our Commerce Media user base.

Role

Compensation and Benefits

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
