We provide an unmatched platform for brands and retailers, enabling them to accelerate growth, optimize operations across channels, scale product offerings and enhance margins.

Overview

As an Advertising Operations Manager, you are responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of digital marketing or product feed operations campaigns for Rithum’s enterprise and strategic clients. In this role, you implement campaign setups, monitor performance, build and optimize product data feeds, and troubleshoot issues across key platforms. You work closely with Advertising Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, and cross –functional teams to ensure accurate delivery, data integrity, and timely execution of client programs.

All team members are expected to leverage AI to work smarter, accelerate decision-making, automate repeatable work, and improve outcomes. You are encouraged to continuously identify opportunities to apply AI, data, and scalable processes to enhance productivity, drive innovation, and deliver greater value for our clients, partners, and teams while maintaining appropriate judgment, quality, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of key client accounts overseeing the strategy, planning execution and optimization of digital and retail media campaigns or product feeds across major advertising platforms.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies that drive performance and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Deliver advanced reporting and insights, tying media performance to client KPIs.
  • Partner with Client Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, Advertising Account Managers and Product teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact media programs.
  • Build and continuously improve AI-assisted workflows for campaign setup, feed builds, and reporting, with a focus on repeatable processes rather than one-off manual solutions.
  • Validate AI-generated outputs - including feeds, reports, and campaign configurations - for accuracy before they are shared with clients or internal teams, treating AI output as a draft requiring review.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or product feed management.
  • Experience managing complex, product feed data and processes that enhance digital marketing results across Google, Bing, Meta and other advertising platforms.
  • Scripting and formula-based problem-solving experience.
  • Experience using AI or automation tools to improve recurring campaign, feed-management, or reporting workflows.
  • Strong analytical mindset, including the ability to interpret trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, whether formal or informal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, retail media, or product feed management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and retail media team workflows or QA processes.
  • Demonstrated experience redesigning a manual process into a repeatable AI-assisted or automated workflow.
