Job summary

Charter Communications, operating Spectrum Reach, seeks an Advanced Advertising Operations Analyst to maintain inventory data integrity across the advertising ecosystem. You will onboard inventory sources, audit mappings, and support process improvements to ensure scalable and accurate data across systems.

You will partner with product, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues, maintain documentation, and enable efficient inventory usage for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital, streaming, and linear inventory structures and related data elements.
• Experience with XGL, Pilot, FreeWheel, Showseeker, RDM and AOS.
• Experience working with data mapping, data quality review, auditing, copy-editing, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate issues and drive resolution across multiple stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and record-maintenance skills.
• Ability to learn new systems, workflows, tools, and products quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of urgency, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain key enterprise databases and networks to support accurate operations.
• Organize and maintain inventory mappings to ensure data standards.
• Onboard new inventory sources and ensure consistent setup across data fields.
• Audit mapped fields and inventory records for inconsistencies and update records.
• Participate in network and inventory audits to ensure inventory is utilized.
• Investigate and resolve data, mapping, and workflow issues.
• Monitor daily activity and system outputs to verify data integrity.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to improve workflows and govern data.
• Maintain and update documentation for naming conventions and processes.
• Analyze reports to identify data quality concerns and efficiency improvements.
• Support testing and onboarding of new products and data sources.
