Covenant Health is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner for Palliative Care to deliver primary care under physician supervision in a homecare/hospice setting. You will work day shifts, serve as a resource for staff, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while following established protocols.

Position Summary:
Provides primary care to patients under the supervision of a physician preceptor, following established medical protocols.
Minimum Education:
None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority.

Licensure Requirement:
Current DEA license. Must have and maintain certification by the American Nurse Association (ANA), American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or National Certification Corporation (NCC) with specialty applicable to the area of responsibility – Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology, Psychiatric-Mental Health. Must meet state licensure requirements. CPR required.
