Job description

Design Adventures. Spark Curiosity. Lead People Into the Wild.

Remote from the US I Flexible Schedule | No Experience Needed — Just Passion & Bold Energy

Step into a role where every day feels like a new trailhead. As an Adventure Travel Consultant, you’ll craft thrilling escapes for clients who crave more than the ordinary — from rugged weekend getaways and national‑park treks to global expeditions, cultural immersions, and bucket‑list adventures.

You don’t need industry experience to shine here. What matters is your love for exploration, your instinct for storytelling, and your ability to guide others toward unforgettable, meaningful journeys. If you’re passionate, people‑focused, and fueled by adventure, you’re exactly who we want on the team.

• Chat with clients about their dream adventures (yes, your love for exploring finally counts as work).
• Craft custom itineraries that make even seasoned travelers say wow.
• Add insider tips, hidden gems, and those unforgettable “you have to try this” moments.
• Become the go‑to guide for all things adventure, culture, and exploration.

What You’ll Receive

• Total remote freedom — build your career from a cabin, a café, or wherever your journey takes you.
• Commissions and perks that grow as your bookings grow.
• Training that turns raw passion into real expertise.
• A team that celebrates wins with energy and opportunity, not spreadsheets.

Affinity Mastermind is looking for bold talents who want to build something that matters. If you crave freedom, thrive on creativity, and believe travel should be more than a checklist, you'll fit right in. Our boutique travel department is obsessed with one thing: meaningful experiences.

We don’t just plan trips — we inspire and create stories people tell for the rest of their lives.

If you’ve got passion, curiosity, and a spark for adventure, you’re already halfway there. Apply today — let’s turn your love for exploration into a career that actually feels like one.
