Job summary

Rivian in Missouri is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to support our Service team during peak seasonal periods. You’ll help with vehicle intake, prep, and a path into becoming a Service Technician, with hands-on training through the TRAIL program and RLN modules.

You’ll assist technicians, manage basic tools, and ensure a clean, safe, and organized service center while maintaining flexibility for weekend or holiday shifts. This entry-level role offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous technical experience or experience in an adjacent technical industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong desire to learn and a hands-on work style.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean record.
  • Ability to work a flexible 40-hour week, including weekends/holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety regulations and instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming vehicle inventory and ensure readiness.
  • Assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks.
  • Support the TRAIL training program and RLN modules.
  • Maintain tools and equipment readiness and a clean service center.
  • Provide cross-functional support to other areas as needed.
