Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner
• Process admissions, ride tickets, and guest purchases accurately and efficiently
• Provide guests with information about attractions, events, park rules, and ride requirements
• Operate rides and attractions safely while ensuring an outstanding guest experience
• Monitor attractions and equipment for cleanliness, safety, and proper operation, reporting any concerns immediately
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and enjoyable environment throughout the park
• Engage with guests to create a fun, memorable, and family-friendly atmosphere
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily park operations
• Assist with opening, closing, and general operational tasks as needed
• Uphold all company safety standards and guest service expectations at all times
