Job summary

Shiloh Adventure Course in Oklahoma City is seeking a part-time facilitator/technician to deliver programming including ropes course elements and team building under supervision. The role offers flexible hours aligned with event scheduling and pay is based on each event worked.

Responsibilities include teaching skills, providing clear instructions, setting up and inspecting equipment, ensuring safety, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Love of the outdoors.
• Ability to stand, walk with long periods, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull, use hands repetitively, lift at least 35 pounds, climb and kneel.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Collaborative and able to work well with others.
• Remain calm and effective in stressful situations and with people.

Position Type: Part Time
