The Adventure Center Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of summer activities, providing leadership and direction to staff in areas including guest service, financial oversight, employee development, equipment and facility management, regulatory compliance, risk management, and training. This role includes general oversight during Manager on Duty shifts and emphasizes strategic planning to proactively guide business decisions. The Assistant Manager will also participate in enterprise-wide initiatives and committees, collaborating with leaders across the resort and broader organization.

The expected pay range is$57,784.00 - $62,317.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
