Job summary

Pioneer Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Nocturnist Physician to join AdventHealth Ocala. This is a true nocturnist position with a consistent 7 on / 7 off schedule (7a–7p) and no day or swing shifts, delivering high-quality inpatient care.

Base salary is $335,000 with additional RVU and quality incentives, plus a sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, CME allowance, tail coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. Apply today.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Nocturnist Physician to join our team at AdventHealth Ocala. This is a true nocturnist position with no day or swing shifts, offering a consistent schedule and strong work-life balance while delivering high-quality patient care.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base Salary: $335,000
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (7a–7p)
• Admissions: 10–14 per shift (on average)
• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts for extra income
• RVU + Quality Incentives paid monthly
• Sign-On bonus available
