The anticipated salary hiring range is $5,274 - $5,709 per month(Steps 1 – 5) , commensurate with qualifications andexperience.
The salary range for this classification is $5,274 - $7,684 permonth.

The Advancement Professional is an integral part of a small teamdedicated to support, benefit and promote the Jordan College ofAgricultural Sciences and Technology, its programs, and activitiesthrough the Jordan College Development/Ag One office. The teammanages and administers all facets of fundraising and constituentrelations for the Jordan College and the Ag One Foundation, aCalifornia 501 (c) 3. The Advancement Professional is responsiblefor managing strategic, high-value individual and corporatephilanthropic partnerships and executing complex, multi-tieredcommunications, pipeline development and stewardship plans whichinclude planning and executing a broad range of alumni and friends'special events, a broad range of marketing and communicationsincluding writing and producing a monthly newsletter, websitecontent, as well as social media activities. This is done incollaboration with constituents from the Jordan College and FresnoState as well as the Ag One board of directors. This work will leadto identifying and engaging prospects to advance the philanthropicpriorities of the Jordan College.
The Advancement Professional reports to the Senior Director ofDevelopment/Ag One Executive Director and provides programadministration and support to the Senior Director/ExecutiveDirector, Director of Development, stakeholders of the JordanCollege, Ag One board, and volunteers.
